What we have to do to receive the grace of God?

Just accept it by faith. Consider a situation where the government announced that all who are above 18 would be admitted to the army for training and after the successful completion they would be considered for selection as officers. What will you do? You will find out how to apply and get into the system. You know that if you do not apply then you will not get into the system even if you are the best in the town. The same way God has done His part and you have a part to do.

A person is reconciled to God when he accepts the sacrifice or “yaga” on the cross as his own. In other words, a person is reconciled with God when he accepts Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour (Fig. 4).

The symbol of cross in the diagram shows the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and it does not have any other meaning in this context. Jesus Christ has defeated all the evil forces through his death and resurrection. When you believe in this yaga and accept it as your own, you are reconciled. Your salvation is by Grace of God. When you accept His grace you are challenging the evil forces. The blood of Jesus Christ is the only thing that defeated the satan. It is not the wooden cross or a body on the cross that trembles the Satan. If you show him the cross the satan will not get scared. He can say, “This is the very thing where many of my followers were killed in ancient Rome.” So the cross does not scare him. Only one thing that defeats and makes him run is to remind him the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on the cross. So our victory is in the blood of Jesus Christ alone. When you take the step of baptism you are challenging the evil forces. It is not for joining some church or becoming a part of Christian sect as generally taught by some Christians. When we accept Jesus Christ as our Saviour, our horoscope is wiped out once for all. We need not be at the mercy of the devatas who created our horoscope. This is the reason, why Christu Bhakts believe that the horoscope has no influence on them if they live a life of faith in Jesus Christ. This is the permanent solution the Supreme Lord (God) has made for our deliverance.
